As someone who struggles with occasional excruciating cramps and painful periods frequently, I don’t want to have to take painkillers all the time and I can’t walk around in public with hot water bottles strapped to me so this product has genuinely changed the game! They stay hot at a consistent heat for 12 hours + it isn't burning hot but soothing and even if you take it off for a few hours and want to come back to it, it will still be hot. They sit discreetly under clothing and enable me to go about my day comfortably when I otherwise couldn’t. The other great thing is they are completely chemical free they are a naturally heating product with no side effects (unless you applied it directly to your skin which you shouldn’t) the only criticisms I could give the product is too improve the stickiness especially if you are walking around all day it can dislodge occasionally which is annoying and perhaps making a black coloured option so it’s a little more discrete? Another idea would be to make the packets they arrive in (inside the box) a little smaller closer to the size of the actual heat pad to store in handbags easier? And in future development if there was a way to get cooling patches for summer days. But overall I can’t thank Wuka enough for developing this product it has impacted my life significantly and I feel confident to go places during my period when I otherwise wouldn’t because of painful cramps. Would recommend to any women I know.
This little pack is amazing. The bag is so handy to store away more knickers or products. The knickers are super stretchy/comfy. And the book is soo informative. It has all the details aswell as answering any questions about the growing female body. My daughter has started reading so she is prepared for when that first period starts
Having done lots of research into period underwear I chose Wuka for the positive reviews and materials used. Having been through one cycle with Wuka, I am very impressed with the comfort and confidence I have in the underwear.

I had been feeling very fatigued and exhausted on my periods, but these gummies have been a game changer. My energy is restored and my periods are manageable again. Nothing worse than being in pain & discomfort while feeling drained and too tired to do anything but to exhausted to even sleep. Because of these gummies I can focus on the pain aspect with the WUKA hot water bottle and heat patches. I look forward to the future genius products from Wuka.
The swimsuit is of the same quality that I’ve come to know well from Wuka. The concept is great. Sadly, it’s not made for ladies with a bigger bust even sizing up. If different styles came out I would definitely give them a go.
Literally life changing for me! I love my Wuka pants. I’ve only ever worn pads & would dread this time of year for heat, sweat and irritation. These Wuka pants arrived just in time for my period during a heatwave and I’ve never felt more free and comfortable during this time of month ever! Hand washing is very easy and discreet. Don’t worry about leaking either as they are very absorbent while maintaining a dry surface when wearing so they don’t feel like a wet pad either. I would 100% recommend these and am genuinely so glad I found them.
Ordered the swim shorts in small for my 11 year old daughter for our holiday. They worked really well. No leaks and she felt really comfortable in them and they allowed her to still enjoy the pool without worry. I would definitely recommend

I had endometriosis and adenomyosis and I always have these with me as let’s be honest, a hot water bottle isn’t as easy to carry around! These genuinely provide heat for up for 12 hours, feel comfortable and stick to your underwear/ clothing without causing any damage whatsoever. Highly recommend this product.
Wuka are incredible products. I brought some period pants a while ago in preparation for my daughter starting her period. She recently started the day after her 11th birthday and they did not disappoint. She went to school happy and came home happy. No leakages and she found them really comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and am even thinking of purchasing some for myself
I am completely converted. After years of using various brands of single use/disposable pads I have give WUKA underwear a go and would never go back. Pads left me feeling sore at times and a quite damp feeling. With WUKA underwear I feel completely dry when wearing them and not a single leak (as a serial leaker this is incredible). I buy Wuka for my daughter and usually buy her the adult sizes, as the teens were comparable I bought 10 pairs of the shorts.
My daughter is 5ft 10 and a size 8, they look pretty snug and didn’t have too much stretch left in them.
She’s happy with them and confident they fit comfortably and we’ve always used Wuka for around her periods, they make life so much simpler when she’s at school or playing football.
I have found with our previous purchases that they don’t last as long if you have a really heavy period.
Amazing look like normal swimming shorts, which she always wears to cover her birthmark, her comment was they felt lovely, and is so happy, she can still swim. They fit my 10 year old daughter lovely and no leaks only tested them in a paddle pool just ordered a 2nd pair for our holidays.
bought for both daughters for holiday so not tested yet. But the fit is perfect.
Great product but I was really disappointed when it arrived as I ordered what I thought was a bright blue as shown on the website product page. The item that arrived was a dark navy instead which is not what I wanted.
Overall the product is good and very useful.

I bought these for my granddaughter who lives with me and her grandad, they’re a godsend and very good 😊 my granddaughter is very heavy for at least 3 days hence why I bought the heavy flow ones absolutely 💯 love them 😁🥰
This site came up on my Facebook page and having had a look, I have signed up for my granddaughter who has started her periods at the young age of 10. She is very body, earth, climate aware but the school pack was very impressive and she loved the book. ( So did her mother and I ) I especially like the fact that you got a discrete bag to store both clean and used pants as kids can be mean. If only we had this when I was a kid. . I'm told the pants are very good, comfortable and do what is expected of them.
Bought for daughter with sensory needs. She said it is the softest swimming costume she’s ever had.
Felt swim felt nervous swimming in the costume, I had no need to be. The costume felt great, was a comfy fit and did the job perfectly. Rinsed out afterwards and washed well. 🙂
